Cura Care UK remains committed to its mission to embed the 7 Keys to Citizenship, and in doing so, we create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
7 Keys to Citizenship with Cura Care UK
We support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental illness to be active citizens and enable them to improve their wellbeing.
Citizenship holds significant value in our support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health emphasizing the 7 Keys to Citizenship that unlock a fulfilling life. At Cura Care UK, we believe in nurturing citizenship by enabling everyone to lead a meaningful life, honouring their uniqueness, and fostering a community based on mutual respect.
Respite Care
We offer bespoke specialised Respite Care services for people who want a ‘pause from the norm’.
Offering tailored accommodation which is suitable for all abilities with specialised equipment, large open indoor and outdoor spaces with personalised ensuite rooms.
Our Mission
We embrace people in a holistic way which acknowledges they are the experts in their own lives.
The people we support can often present with needs that are defined by medical terminology or labels. Whilst we should acknowledge a person’s disability, illness or disease, this should not define them as a person. The focus should not be on the deficit the disability, disease or illness may have on their life, but on the strengths and resourcefulness the person has in a framework that encompasses wellbeing and belonging.
Our Values
We are one team, working in partnership to enrich lives, with integrity, honesty and trust, recognising and celebrating the contribution of all to society.
At Cura Care UK we are committed to upholding the 7 Keys to Citizenship as the foundation of our mission, vision, and daily operations. These keys guide our efforts to empower individuals with disabilities to live meaningful, autonomous lives and to be valued, active citizens within their communities.
